-We are pet friendly. However, since the building is shared with three other units, we cannot allow dogs that are yappy and/or tend to bark a lot. As this will cause a disturbance to other guests in the building. If we find your dog causing a disturbance to other guests in the building we will have to ask you to leave the premises or have your dog brought to a local day care/boarding place.
-All guest agree to use the pool at your own risk.

The space
Welcome to Turtle Cove!

This brand new, completely renovated beach vacation rental named Turtle Cove will have you coming back for more! Upon entering the unit, you will find a brand new kitchen stocked with all your cooking needs, featuring open shelving and plenty of space in the fridge to keep your drinks cold! We also provide a blender for those who prefer some frozen drinks or smoothies! To your left will be the open living room with dining area as well as a large coffee bar stocked with all your coffee needs, including organic coffee, tea & sugar! The living room has a comfy couch and a large 4k UHD 58" Roku TV with cable provided by Hulu Live, with plenty of on demand selections and the ability to pause, rewind or start the show over, there is always something to watch. After a day of enjoying the heated pool and the lounge chairs out back or a day at the beach with the provided beach chairs and umbrella, head to the fire pit for a late night fire. Then enjoy a peaceful nights rest in the brand new luxurious king sized 14 inch Puffy Royal Hybrid Mattress also known as 'The Cloud', this mattress is a $3,000+ mattress and will ensure you get a great nights sleep! Located in the guest bedroom is a twin over full bunk bed with memory foam mattress where the other guests will enjoy a very comfortable nights sleep. We also provide a twin air mattress if needed. All bedrooms and the living have Roku TVs and live cable provided through Hulu Live.

This unit is located on the second floor of a small two story building with four total units called Under The Sea Vacation Rentals. Here at Under the Sea Vacation Rentals we do not believe in going cheap. That is why the large HEATED pool outback is kept at 88+ degrees during the colder months of the year so you can enjoy the pool all year round. There is also a separate shared laundry room on the side of the building with free washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergent. Outback besides the pool, there are plenty of lounge chairs, a dining table, BBQ grill, fire pit and much more. All this is shared with just your unit and three other units located in the building. The units are located only one block to the beach, down a beautiful palm tree lined path.

Each unit has it's own private balcony, at Turtle Cove you can even enjoy a small peek a boo view of the water from the balcony as well as great views of the park. There is also a small shed located on the balcony that has all your beach needs and more including beach chairs, an umbrella, basketball and tennis rackets and more. We also provide a beach bag, cooler, beach towels and sunscreen inside the unit.

Brown park is located across the street, has two playgrounds for the kids, basketball and tennis courts. (Tennis rackets , tennis balls and a basketball provided) There is also a walk out to the intracoastal water located across the street from the park on the opposite side of where the unit is located and it is a beautiful spot to catch a sunrise if you are early riser.

Besides our goal of making sure you make memories that will last a lifetime. We try to provide everything you will need during you staying including but definitely not limited too, towels, sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, organic spices, organic olive oil, cotton balls, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, extras, laundry detergent, dish soap, board games, outdoor cups and plates for the pool area and lots lots more.

We try to be as Eco Friendly as possible at all our rentals. We leave an all natural organic home-made all purpose cleaner for the guests to use. Our hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent are all eco-friendly and naturally made.

Need more space rent one of the other three units in the building or rent all four for that large family reunion.

Guest will have access to the whole unit, a private balcony and a large fenced in backyard with a heated pool, fire-pit, lounge chairs and much more.
Neighborhood overview
Located in a quiet family friendly neighbourhood, a short, one block walk to the beach with a beautiful park across the street. The park is called Brown park and has two playgrounds for the kids, basketball and tennis courts. (Tennis rackets, tennis balls and a basketball provided).
Getting around
There are a couple restaurants within walking distance as well as a wonderful French Cafe. There is also a Jolly Trolly that will take you anywhere down the beach as far as St Pete or as north as Clearwater Beach for only a few dollars or $5 for an all day pass. Ubers are also available. As well as bike rentals!
