-No parties.
-We are pet friendly. However, since the building is shared with three other units, we cannot allow dogs that are yappy and/or tend to bark a lot. As this will cause a disturbance to other guests in the building. If we find your dog causing a disturbance to other guests in the building we will have to ask you to leave the premises or have your dog brought to a local day care/boarding place.
-All guest agree to use the pool at your own risk.

The space
WELCOME TO THE CORAL REEF!

Once you enter the unit, you will feel at home! You will be amazed by the level of detail and love that went into the unit. From the brand new kitchen that features open shelving and a stone backslash, to the brand new bathroom, with a new tub and shiplap surrounding you. The whole unit has been completely remodeled and is brand new! Plenty of space in the living room to hang out and watch some live TV through Hulu Live (HD cable with over 125+ channels included). Want to have a meal on the couch, feel free to use our provided beach themed food trays and enjoy a meal in comfort. The kitchen table also expands and there are additional chairs located in the master bedroom closet. Also in the master bedroom you will find a desk for those that need to work on the go and another TV with cable! In the second bedroom there are two twin XL beds and another TV as well.


This unit is located on the second floor of a small two story building with four total units called Under The Sea Vacation Rentals. Outback is a large HEATED pool we keep the pool at 88 degrees during the colder months of the year so you can enjoy the pool all year round. There is also plenty of lounge chairs, a dining table, grill and much more. All this is shared with just your unit and three other units located in the building. The units are located only one block to the beach, down a beautiful palm tree lined path. There is also a cross walk provided to making walking to the picturesque beach entrance even easier!

Brown park located across the street, has two playgrounds for the kids, basketball and tennis courts. Tennis rackets , tennis balls and a basketball provided. There is also a walk out to the intracoastal water located across the street from the park on the opposite side of where the unit is located and it is a beautiful spot to catch a sunrise if you are early riser.

The world famous Clearwater Beach is a short scenic 10 minute drive away.

Besides our goal of making sure you make memories that will last a lifetime. It is also our goal to provide you with everything you need when heading to either beach. We supply Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler, beach towels, sunscreen, sand toys for the kids and much more coming. We also provide tennis rackets, tennis balls and a basketball for the park.

We also provide tons of other amenities including but definitely not limited too, towels, sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, organic spices, organic olive oil, cotton balls, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, extras, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and lots lots more.

We try to be as Eco Friendly as possible at all our rentals, this includes using recycled and organic products whenever possible. We leave an all natural organic home-made all purpose cleaner for the guests to use. Our hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent are all eco-friendly and naturally made.

Need more space rent one of the other three units in the building or rent all four for that large family reunion.

Located in a quiet family friendly neighbourhood, a short, one block walk to the beach with a beautiful park across the street. The park is called Brown park and has two playgrounds for the kids, basketball and tennis courts. (Tennis rackets, tennis balls and a basketball provided).
